Who We Are
WiiFarm Cooperative Society is a registered, people-powered agricultural cooperative established to help members build wealth and enhance their socio-economic wellbeing through strategic participation in modern agricultural ventures.
We are not just a cooperative – we are a movement.
A movement committed to reviving agriculture, unlocking rural potential, and returning prosperity to the land and its people.
At our core, WiiFarmCoop brings together land, capital, and labour under one structured framework enabling everyday Nigerians to collectively own productive farmland, grow food at scale, and earn income sustainably over the long term.
What We Do
We make farmland accessible, productive, and profitable for our members.
Since 2022, we have consistently delivered an average of 24% return on capital annually through our Paddy Aggregation Program (PAP) – a shared opportunity for aggregating paddy rice, processing, and distribution in partnership with corporate stakeholders.
Our Uyo Food Service Hub distributes NaijaSweetRice®, our premium parboiled rice brand, to a growing member network across Akwa Ibom State.
Our flagship project, the WiiFarm Multipurpose Farm Estate, is a bold 10,000-hectare master plan for large-scale production of rice, maize, beef, poultry, and fish beginning in Itu and expanding across Akwa Ibom State.
Fractional Farmland Ownership Model
Through our innovative Fractional Farmland Ownership Model, members own deed-backed units of cooperative farmland and earn from farm output proceeds without having to farm the land themselves.
